Toy fair

And there goes the London Toy Fair for another year...
The best thing we saw was the full-size Tron Legacy Light Cycle (courtesy of Gentle Giant) on the Spin Master stand.
Top toys for us goes to Hasbro for finally having the sense to produce a Boba Fett Helmet and weapon for kids to menace old ladies in as well as a flippin ATAT toy so big that it should come with a lead and a license!
Personnel salutations to Andrew at Bandai for picking up a Best Toy award for the Ben 10 Alien Force Plumbers Communicator (developed by Morpheus in record time). We knew it would work!
Our regards to all who went. Nice to see you, catch up, press flesh, drink tea and generally noodle about with. Seeya in February!

Fancy Dress Dog

Here's one for Doris!
I think this is flippin' ace!
I just love the fact that this guy has spent so long on this fantastic costume... for his dog. Notice how he makes him where it even though he's just got his jeans and an anorak on.
Hands up all those of you who've been to a fancy dress party that wasn't. I did... went as an amoeba with my bud Darren (God rest his sole) in a Gorilla suit. We drove for an hour, stopped for petrol and went to the cash point nearly got in a fight before we even got there ... what twats!

Have you had any snow?!

Well hasn't it been fun? Trying to get to work without totalling cars, bikes and fence posts? Hands up every one with completely inappropriate gloves and foot ware. And is it me or does the 4 inches of snow give you the right to arrive at work late, eat all the biscuits and bacon butties you physically can then leave early? Yeh.... Continental!
